Parallel Programming with OpenMP and MPI

A new edition on the “Parallel Programming with OpenMP and MPI” course will be held on November 2017. The course has been organized by the Scientific Computing Center of UAM and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS), and sponsored by the Chair UAM-Fujitsu.

It will take place in the Faculty of Sciences (November 2-8, 2017), and registration is mandatory even if it is free. More information can be found here. The deadline to register is October 16, 2017.

Given the practical nature of the course, attendees are expected to have experience on the use of OpenMP and MPI.

For those interested participants who do not meet this requirement, we offer the possibility to attend an introductory course to parallel programming (“Introduction to parallel programming with OpenMP and MPI“) that will take place between October 2 and 6, 2017 at the CCC-UAM (more information here).
